Strategy, oversight, accountability.
SFH’s Board of Trustees brings together leaders in public health, law, finance, and policy. They safeguard the mission, set direction, and hold the executive team to the standards the work demands.
Strategy
Set the multi-year direction, approve the Strategic Plan, and review progress against it annually.
Oversight
Oversee governance, finance, audit, and risk; ensure programmes are delivered to the highest professional standards.
