Her areas of expertise include employment law, recruiting, compensation and pay roll management, general administration, budgeting, strategic planning, policy formulation, procurement, company and corporate law, company secretarial practice and drafting contracts and agreements. She started her career as a Company Secretary and later transited to human resources management. She holds an LLB and MBA (Human Resources), and is presently studying for a PHD.
