Dr Anthony is the Assistant Chief Programme and Quality Officer at the Society for Family Health. He is an experienced medical doctor, public health specialist, and strong healthcare services professional with over 20 years of expertise in public health interventions. With several years of working in the public sector and over two decades of collaboration with the Nigerian FMoH and various SMoHs, Dr Anthony has featured in many health policies development and refinements that have strengthened the health sector in Nigeria. Dr. Anthony holds a Doctor of Medicine from Kuban State Medical University, Russia, Masters in Public Health, Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master’s degree, Business Administration & Management from the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. He has many publications, and his research interests are focused on introduction of new FP methods into the method mix.
