Dr Ernest Onuora Nwokolo

Dr Ernest Nwokolo is a project director at the Society for Family Health and leads the Malaria, MNCH and Nutrition Practice Area. His expertise spans a range of  public health policy, public and private health engagement, administration, and management.  

He has for several years provided policy-oriented, strategic, technical, and operational leadership to both national and sub-national programmes, as well as to logistics, financial, and human resource teams; while working to ensure access to health interventions through public, private, and not-for-profit perspectives in Nigeria. His core areas of expertise include malaria programming in the public and private sector and the implementation of net distribution campaigns in Africa. 

Dr Ernest holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Lagos.
